What DanEx Is
DanEx — the Daniel Institute of Excellence — is a leadership formation institute grounded in ethics, systems thinking, and real-world governance. We work with emerging, mid-level, and senior leaders across church, workplace, and society.This is not a motivational seminar. It is not a personality assessment. It is a rigorous, practical program that treats leadership as responsibility — and holds participants accountable to developing it seriously.

The DanEx School of Leadership & Governance
DanEx exists to develop leaders who understand that leadership is not about position — it is about responsibility. We form leaders who are ethical in character, strategic in thinking, and effective within the systems they inhabit.
How It Works
Register - open enrollment
No prerequisites. Complete the registration form and confirm your place in the next cohort.
Complete LG 101
Four Thursday evening sessions. Two hours each. Live online. Build your leadership foundation and receive your first certificate.
Choose your track
After LG 101, enroll in any elective course across Track A, B, or C. Complete three electives in one track to earn your second certificate.
Earn your certificate
Certificate in Leadership Foundations (LG 101) or Certificate in Leadership & Governance (LG 101 + 3 track electives).
